Olive Oil Storage and Distribution

The olive oil is stored in large tanks on-site (pic. 1). Many farmers bring their olives in for production. It is delivered to them back in these plastic containers (pic. 2).

The mill offers tastings (pic. 3) as well as many olive based products in their store.

The tour was fascinating! And the samples were interesting. When it comes to olive oil on a plastic spoon I prefer the light.
